Communication
CME runs its own Matrix messaging server. Student conversations never touch a third-party platform. All messages are visible to CME administrators, enabling us to see and act on any inappropriate behavior.
Students are given a CME-specific Matrix account, separate from any personal accounts. This creates a clear professional boundary between their coaching relationship and the rest of their digital life.

Background Checks
Every CME employee undergoes a background check before working with students.

Mandatory Reporter Training
All staff complete state-approved mandatory reporter training, ensuring they know how to recognize and properly report signs of inappropriate conduct.

CME has protocols in place for anonymous reporting. Dedicated staff are responsible for ensuring every student has a safe, positive experience.
