Privacy Policy.

We collect what a family gives us: the student and parent names, email addresses, phone number, school, graduating year, and competitive background entered in our interest and enrollment forms. During coaching we also hold the work product of the program itself, including practice materials, case files, and coach notes on a student’s progress.

We do not run analytics, advertising pixels, or third-party tracking cookies on this site. There is no advertising profile of you here because we do not build one.

Contact and enrollment information is used to answer inquiries, schedule intro calls, issue your contract, invoice for coaching, and run the coaching relationship. Billing information is used to charge for services and to keep the financial records a business is required to keep.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing. The service providers that run our forms, payments, contracts, and email each receive only the data their job requires, and are bound by their own privacy terms.

Enrollment and billing records are kept while a student is active and afterward for as long as tax and accounting rules require. Inquiry records from families who never enroll are kept so we can pick the conversation back up, and are removed on request.

Write to info@cmestrategy.org and we will tell you what we hold on your family, correct anything wrong, or delete it. We will delete anything we are not legally required to retain. Marketing email carries an unsubscribe link; operational email about an active enrollment does not, because you need it.

If this policy changes in a way that affects how we handle family data, we will update the date at the top of this page.
